Here are the new disciplinary methods followed in my school which is proving it's improvements.
1. Attending all the classes are made Compulsory.
2. Taking the Teacher's appointment is valued by not missing any class. And if missed at last moment, the class will not be compensated. If the Teacher missed the class in rare occasion, it will be compensated in next possible slot. Every changes in the class can be requested atleast a day before.
3. Fees is paid well in advance for all the lessons every month. Fees is not just a money but a token of respect, commitment and gratitude.
4. Every class, the student must take the responsibility of recording the class however they want. The teacher send recordings after the class but only at own interest and the student can only request and remind.
5. Everyday routine of practice and updating the teacher about the practice (lessons and duration) through messages or email is compulsory to bring discipline at practice.
6. The parents cannot complain about the student (children) about the lack of interest shown. The parents must look at their roles in nurturing the interest of music by being an example themselves and creating inspiration and exposing them to musical environment and creating a musical atmosphere at home. The complaints from parents to the Teachers is not entertained. Each one of us has a role to play.
7. Learning music is not as easy as studying a book. Music is untouchable , doesn't have a physical form to study. So, the parents should rather understand the difficulty of learning this creative imaginative artform and support the child mentally to face everyday difficulties to learn and also cultivate patience in the whole process. A lot of time is taken to get deeper in music and love and support and TRUST from parents matter lot more than the teachers efforts. This trust is a basic discipline to a child's learning.
8. Age problem: I have convinced all my students that age is not a problem. This title itself is a problem. We are all supposed to live fully till the last moment of life. As long as we are eager to learn anything that interests us and doesn't harm others, we are doing a GREAT job. Whether you are 20 or 70, start learning today and enjoy watching your own improvements according to your own maturity level. Learn, share and have fun!
Online lessons for children is proved to be very convenient and works very well. Each session is not more than 30 mins so that kids feel fresh through out the class and welcomes the next class. My main intention is to make Classical music learning a joy and never a burden to children.
Learning Classical music helps us to be deeply rooted to our ancestral culture. It helps a person to stay humble and spiritual all the life. Classical music is an entertaining way of meditation. Giving our children the gift of Classical music is the greatest gift one can give which stays with the child throughout his life.

I can list out the benefits of these sessions.
# Regular classes
# Stress-free pressure-free atmosphere
#classes can be recorded
# audio clips can be requested after the classes.
# One to one classes with individual attention
I personally encourage parents to learn along with the children because that is the only way to inspire the children to practicing music by being an example. This way, the parents will know the hardship of learning the art and so there won't be unwanted expectations from children. Every person has the desire to be artistic and satisfying one's own desire will avoid the expectation from children. Also this creates a friendly musical atmosphere at home. Both my Mother and Father and my elder sister are singers who inspired me to practice... They showed me the joy of practicing music.
